Custom Message Prompts

For customers that have auto attendants or other custom messages for their system we now offer a method to record your own messages.

To record a message/prompt:

  • Dial 257-2606
  • You will be prompted to enter a 4 digit number. This is simply a message identifier and used for reference with us later. Keep note of this number because you/we will need it as a reference.
  • Follow the prompts.

This is not a completely customer proof system and is fairly new and we are open to suggestions to help improve this tool.
